We had a great night last night training with Sisuk Peter Wong and meeting the crew from UniSA Wing Chun Kung Fu Club.
Sisuk helped us find our centre of gravity, using it to move as in the Chum Kiu form. Also Chum Kiu turning and a close look at the movements in Chi Sau.
Thank you Sisuk Peter and Dai Sihing Albert for organising the evening.
A huge congratulations goes to our new grade 3’s who all passed last night’s grade 3 grading with flying colours. Very well done everyone, you all performed exceptionally well!
